WHY REVELIO EXISTS
Revelio was built so the people running toward the call have the information they need to come home.
It closes that gap by correlating what an agency's siloed systems already know into one live picture — and anticipating the next move from live data, SOPs, and every prior incident — without replacing any of them.
WHAT REVELIO COMMITS TO
Four things Revelio does not negotiate.
1. Agency data remains with the agency.
Per-tenant Aurora cluster, S3 bucket, OpenSearch index, and KMS customer master key inside the AWS GovCloud (US) boundary. No tenant data ever leaves the boundary. Agencies can pull every byte of their own audit trail on demand.
2. The agency's CAD remains the system of record.
RTIO — the Real-Time Intelligence Overlay — reads from it, enriches it, and writes back only narrow, signed, consented enrichments, never primary record fields.
3. Every AI answer is sourced.
Per-prompt audit logs available on demand, with cryptographic integrity proofs. Public model cards for every AI surface, reviewed by an external ethics board every six months.
Cross-agency pooling is consent-only.
Per-data-class opt-in, default off. Person-of-interest, investigative content, patient data, juvenile records, and PCII are never available for cross-tenant training without separate ethics-review approval. An agency can withdraw consent at any time; Revelio commits to retraining without that agency's contribution within 90 days.
HOW REVELIO MAKES TRADEOFFS
Responder safety first. Public safety second. Category positioning last.
Every product decision at Revelio is resolved against this hierarchy. Protecting responders takes precedence over all other considerations. When latency and completeness are in tension, Revelio chooses the path that better protects responders. When neutrality and integration depth are in tension, Revelio chooses the path that better protects responders. When scope and focus are in tension, Revelio chooses the path that better protects responders.
This is the rule engineering follows whenever a genuine tradeoff exists.
