4. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, interfaces, and RTIO™ correlation engines are the exclusive property of Revelio, LLC. Trademark applications for Revelio and RTIO are currently pending.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an 'as-is' basis. While we strive for AI speed and precision, human judgment remains the final authority for all field operations and tactical decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Revelio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the unified operational picture during emergency responses.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Revelio, RTIO, and all associated software, logos, and technical methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Revelio, LLC. Users are granted a limited license for platform access only.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for absolute technical reliability, Revelio does not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete accuracy of all incoming third-party data feeds during emergency events.

Revelio's liability is strictly limited to the recovery of fees paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
